Shipping and handling is calculated by weight and zone of delivery. If rush shipping is needed, call for shipping cost estimate and to place your order.
Shipping Method
Shipment within the United States is by UPS Ground. Street address must be provided.
International orders are shipped by USPS Priority International wherever possible to minimize shipping costs. Please note, order tracking is NOT available with this method and delivery time can be 10 days to two weeks. If order tracking or guaranteed delivery date is needed, call the Publications Center to place your order and request the UPS delivery cost.
USPS Standard (for international, AK, HI, and Puerto Rico orders only) is available on request by calling the fulfillment center at 1.866.538.1927 or 1.240.646.7036, or by e-mail.
Returns
(Excluding Adviser's Manual and PDF download priced products)
Customers may return publications (except Downloadable products) within 30 days of invoice date. Publications must be in new condition, suitable for resale, and include a copy of the invoice.
