These workshops are delivered by NAFSA member volunteers - Trainer Corps.

Workshops are specifically designed to draw you in and involve you in applying the practices that achieve success.

Foundation Workshops
Foundation workshops get new professionals off to a great start, introducing them to the best basic practices in areas like international student advising, education abroad, and international admissions.

Professional Practice Workshops
Professional Practice Workshops prepare professionals to take on more responsibilities with confidence.  Typical areas covered include: regulatory issues, intercultural communication skills, marketing, and in-depth explorations of job-specific skills.

Summer Institute
Train with top professionals and network with colleagues to develop key skills, expand your knowledge base, and acquire hands-on experience.

On-Demand Workshops
Coordinating training for staff is always a challenge. With NAFSA On-Demand Workshops, you can provide Foundation and Professional Practice workshops right in your area—when you need it—anywhere in the United States.

Trainer Corps
Trainer Corps members are NAFSA member volunteers who serve as trainers for Core Education Program workshops at the national, regional, and local levels.
