Hundreds of NAFSA members volunteer to serve the association to create and disseminate knowledge, to influence public policy, and to maintain a strong organization. They serve on committees, knowledge communities, teams, and task forces.

Become a Leader

To apply for a leadership position or to nominate an individual please click on the appropriate button below and complete the web form. Self nominations are encouraged. All applications or nominations must be received by March 15, 2012.

The work of the association could not be accomplished without the time and expertise of volunteers. Serving in a leadership capacity for the association offers a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Leadership positions in NAFSA are filled by matching vacancies with members who have the needed skills and expertise to fill them. As you review the descriptions of the current openings, pay particular attention to the qualifications specified for each job. You will serve most effectively in a position which calls upon your greatest strengths and skills.
