Former Assistant Secretary of State for Population, Refugees, and Migration Anne C. Richard provides NAFSA with an overview of the U.S. and worldwide refugee crisis. This video conversation with NAFSA Executive Director and CEO Esther Brimmer was recorded on May 29, 2018, at the NAFSA 2018 Annual Conference. Ms. Richard is now the Centennial Fellow of the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and formerly was a vice president of the International Rescue Committee leader.

Within the U.S. and globally, there are multiple organizations that support the effort to relocate displaced refugees, but much more work needs to be done.
